§ Smoking is not permitted in the house or the cottage. Outside areas are provided for smokers.
§ Pets can be accommodated depending on size. Pet owners are responsible for any and all damages to the guest rooms or common area's that are caused by the pet while it is on premise.
§ House is not child friendly. No childcare, baby beds, playpens or strollers provided.
§ Check in time is 2:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon. Early Check-in/Check-outs can be arranged depending upon bookings.
§ Minimum stay required: none for weekdays (Sunday through Thursday, 2 nights on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Events require 3-5 nights minimum, please inquire.
§ Cancellations/Deposits: One (1) night room rate is charged at booking and is non-refundable. Balance is due upon arrival. Remaining nights must be cancelled in writing two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date to avoid full charges for all nights booked. Special events require a one month (30 days) written notice. No cash or credit refunds are given.
