Policies

�         Smoking is not permitted in the house or the cottage.  Outside areas are provided for smokers.

�         Cancellations/Deposits: One (1) night room rate is charged at booking and is a non-refundable deposit.  The balance is due upon arrival.  Remaining nights must be cancelled in writing two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date to avoid full charges for all nights booked.  Special events require a one month (30 days)  written notice.  No cash or credit refunds are given.
